Enjoying a magnificent panoramic setting near Loro Piceno, Santavigna Valle is a meticulously restored country house offering 430 m² of living space. Natural stone, exposed wooden beams and traditional materials preserve the original character of the building, while the interiors, designed by Milan-based Eligo Studio, create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

Spacious living areas, natural colours and carefully selected furniture give the villa its distinctive character. Large windows and direct access to the garden create a seamless connection between the elegant interiors and the surrounding countryside.

Private Swimming Pool, Gardens and Panoramic Views

The impressive 12 × 6 m private swimming pool is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and offers wonderful views across the vineyards and rolling hills of Le Marche. Six sun loungers, three parasols and an outdoor shower provide everything needed for relaxing days by the pool.

The approximately 3,000 m² landscaped outdoor area offers plenty of space to unwind. A partially covered terrace features an outdoor dining table for up to twelve guests, while a separate lounge area invites you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and warm Italian evenings.

The entire estate extends over approximately 54,400 m², including the surrounding vineyards, ensuring a wonderfully private atmosphere immersed in nature.

Private Wellness Retreat with Sauna, Gym and Yoga Studio

One of the highlights of Santavigna Valle is its separate wellness building, reserved exclusively for guests staying at the villa. It features a private sauna with a relaxation area, changing room and tea corner, as well as a fully equipped gym with treadmill, exercise bike, multi-gym, weight bench and dumbbells.

A dedicated yoga studio, equipped with high-quality Manduka accessories, provides the perfect setting for yoga, stretching and relaxation. Each of the three wellness areas has its own bathroom with shower.

Five Elegant Bedrooms with En-suite Bathrooms

The villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Four double bedrooms offer king-size beds, while the fifth bedroom is furnished with three single beds. Each double bedroom also includes a daybed that can be converted into an additional sleeping place if required.

All en-suite bathrooms feature a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. One of the upstairs bathrooms also includes a bathtub with picturesque views across the countryside.

Beautiful Spaces for Dining and Relaxation

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features a dining table for up to twelve guests, premium appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and carefully selected kitchenware. The comfortable living room provides an inviting space for reading, relaxing or spending time together.

Both the kitchen and living room open directly onto the garden. Outside, the covered dining terrace is the perfect place to enjoy leisurely meals while admiring the surrounding landscape.

Wine, Gastronomy and Authentic Experiences

Santavigna Valle is part of the vision of the Mosiewicz Bonati family, also closely associated with the Tenute Murola winery. Their deep connection to the winemaking traditions of Le Marche is reflected in the character and philosophy of the estate.

Private wine tastings, vineyard experiences, chef-prepared dinners and cooking classes can be arranged upon request. Guests can also enjoy additional experiences such as private yoga sessions, massages, boat excursions and cycling tours.

Discover Le Marche – Between the Adriatic Sea and the Mountains

The villa is situated in the picturesque countryside between Loro Piceno and Urbisaglia, one of the most authentic and unspoilt areas of central Italy. Historic hilltop villages, excellent local wines, traditional gastronomy and beautiful natural landscapes make the region a wonderful destination to explore.

The archaeological park of Urbs Salvia is just 5 km away, while the historic town of Macerata, famous for its magnificent Sferisterio opera festival, is approximately 20 km from the villa. The Sibillini Mountains offer excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling and outdoor adventures.

For a day by the sea, the beaches of Civitanova Marche are around 35 km away, while the spectacular Conero Riviera, renowned for its secluded coves and crystal-clear waters, is another wonderful excursion.
