The holiday villa Ca Mattei is located near the hamlet of Montesecco on a hill at about 400 m between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea and offers a breathtaking panoramic view.

Dating back to the 18th century, it was revived in 1994. 20 years later, it was thoroughly renovated by a pair of Belgian architects and transformed into a luxurious and modern holiday home in the Marche.

Private pool: 14 x 5 metres (can be heated in May and October)

• Sea and beach on the Adriatic coast around Senigallia (35 km)
• Urbino is one of the strongholds of the Italian Renaissance (47 km)
• The Gola della Rossa and Frasassi National Park (27 km) has unique caves and is interesting for geological interest.
