Casa Fiore is an exceptional design holiday home with panoramic views, set in the rolling hills above Civitanova Marche, a lively seaside town on the Adriatic coast. Known for its Blue Flag beaches, Civitanova Marche combines a strong maritime tradition with the charm of its historic upper town, Civitanova Alta.

Designed by two local architects, the residence offers a refined Mediterranean aesthetic defined by warm colours, seamless surfaces and natural materials such as terracotta, wood and raffia. With its architectural clarity and strong connection to craftsmanship, Casa Fiore reflects the values of the region: attention to detail, authenticity and a deep appreciation for beauty.

Large panoramic windows dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, making the surrounding landscape a constant presence within the generous living spaces. At the centre of the home stands an elegant staircase in metal and resin, connecting the different levels with sculptural lightness and surrounded by bespoke furnishings, a Metafire fireplace, curated lighting and custom design details.

The house features six bedrooms arranged over three levels, each furnished with custom-made pieces by local artisans. All bedrooms offer beautiful views, private bathrooms and access to green outdoor areas, ensuring comfort, privacy and a strong connection to nature.

The kitchen follows the natural flow of the house and is centred around a large custom-made island equipped with Barazza appliances, complemented by a wall-mounted Modulnova storage system. Terracotta and wood elements enhance the warm, Mediterranean atmosphere. This space opens directly onto a furnished terrace with dining area and lounge seating, ideal for enjoying the view while reading or sharing a glass of wine.

The lower ground floor is dedicated to wellbeing and relaxation. The spa area includes a hydromassage tub, a sauna, a tea corner and relaxation loungers, accompanied by an immersive audio system. The Adriatic coastline and the beaches of Civitanova Marche are just a few minutes away. The area alternates between well-equipped beach clubs and free beaches. Ancona airport is approximately 35 minutes away, Pescara around 1 hour and 35 minutes, and Rome Fiumicino about 3 hours and 20 minutes.

Ground floor: The ground floor forms the architectural heart of Casa Fiore. The spacious, light-flooded living area opens onto the terrace and the landscape via floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, allowing the interior and exterior spaces to flow seamlessly into one another. The hilly landscape stretching to the Adriatic coast thus becomes an integral part of the living space.

The living area features custom-made fixtures, an atmospheric Metafire fireplace and a clear, Mediterranean choice of materials. The central staircase made of metal and resin connects the levels of the villa with great elegance and makes an architectural statement.

Adjacent is the modern kitchen with a large, custom-made cooking island. Materials such as cotto and wood emphasise the natural character of the house. From here, there is direct access to the spacious terrace with dining area and lounge zone, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing hours with a view of the countryside.

This level also features two bedrooms, both with custom-made furniture by local craftsmen and tranquil garden views. The two rooms share a high-quality bathroom.
