Cattolica is a very elegant and distinguished town.  It is a pleasure to stroll along the tree-lined avenues filled with stores and welcoming venues where it is possible to savor an aperitif or enjoy an ice cream, or to stop off for a while in the fully refurbished piazzas decorated with fountains that have water and light play features.

Villa Alessandrini is situated along the seafront promenade, the most exclusive part of the town, and directly overlooks the beach, in front of the bathing establishments.

It was built in 1895 as a holiday home for an aristocratic family from Bologna.  The recent renovation work has maximized the villa’s rare architectural features.  It is distributed over four levels with spacious indoor and outdoor areas and has a beautiful view of the sea.  The furnishings are of high quality and the villa has all mod cons: air conditioning, except on the lower floor, WI-FI internet, large covered car park, well-equipped kitchen, large indoor and outdoor dining areas.
