Historic Villa Cesolo: Luxury and Relaxation in the Heart of Le Marche

Villa Cesolo is a historic country residence from the 1700s, consisting of three units: the main villa Villa Padronale, La Vedetta, and Villa Granai, an independent building next to the swimming pool. Located in the heart of the beautiful Le Marche region in central Italy, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea.

The villa and its outbuildings have recently undergone careful renovation, restoring their ancient charm. This makes it an ideal destination for a holiday full of peace and relaxation. The interiors are comfortable, cozy, and tastefully decorated. All bedrooms have satellite TV, and many double rooms can be converted into twin rooms.

Surrounded by a beautiful park, the villa features a stunning swimming pool (7x12m) about 60 meters from the villa, with a large sun terrace. The villa is adjacent to a small church. Due to its size and capacity, the property is particularly suitable for all types of celebrations and weddings.

From here, you can reach many seaside resorts within a 40-50 minute drive, such as Civitanova Marche, Porto Recanati, and charming villages like Numana and Sirolo, which overlook the sea from the slopes of Monte Conero. Monte Conero is a striking promontory and a popular destination for nature lovers, with beautiful small beaches and coves between the rocks, accessible by foot.

The thermal baths of Tolentino are 15 minutes away, and Ancona Falconara Airport is an hour away. San Severino Marche, with grocery stores and all kinds of shops, is only 4 km from the villa.

Small dogs are allowed in the house, while larger dogs have a fenced area with three sections available. Villa Padronale and Villa Granai are equipped with air conditioning, while La Vedetta has air coolers. Wi-Fi is available.

Ground floor: spacious arched room which, where necessary, can be used for events or as a large dining room.
1st floor (Piano Nobile): living-room with satellite TV; kitchen/dining-room with table seating 8 people, fireplace and refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower;
living-room with small kitchen and double sofa-bed; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Mezzanine:  kitchen/dining-room with oven, refrigerator with freezer; 1 double bedroom with one single bed; 1 bathroom with shower (located immediately outside the bedroom); 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Villa Vedetta:

1st floor:  1 double bedroom with double sofa-bed and en-suite bathroom.   Opposite this room there is another apartment consisting of a small lounge/kitchen with double sofa-bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; spiral staircase leading to 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.

Villa Granai:

Ground floor:  living-room with satellite TV; kitchen/dining-room with refrigerator, freezer and oven; lounge; 1 double bedroom with bathroom (suitable for disabled guests); living-room with double bed and bathroom with shower.  In the living-room it is possible to add 2 single beds.
1st floor: 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and shower.
