For many years, the villa served as Luciano Pavarotti’s summer residence and today welcomes guests who want to enjoy an engaging and varied stay in an authentic Mediterranean environment.

Inside, the holiday home offers 4 bedrooms and bright living areas, making it ideal for families and smaller groups. The outdoor spaces are designed for enjoyable summer living: shaded pergolas for shared meals, terraces overlooking the greenery and a well-maintained pool area that naturally becomes the centre of life on warm days.

For guests who enjoy activities, the estate offers an impressive selection: a private tennis court, bocce, billiards and table tennis. The extensive park is perfect for walks or exploring the Mediterranean vegetation. Restaurants, cafés, markets and cultural venues in the nearby town are all within walking distance, making the property a great base for an active and varied holiday.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning, well-kept outdoor areas and a wide range of leisure facilities for all ages. A discreet caretaker couple lives in a separate part of the estate and is available to assist guests or help with cooking upon request.

1st floor: (accessed via an internal staircase or lift/elevator):
1 double bedroom suite (king-sized bed) with study and bathroom with shower (suitable for wheelchair users), sea view;
2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower;
1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower (this room and bathroom is more basic than the rest and more suitable for kids)
1 double bedroom with third bed, bathroom with bathtub and sea view.

Extra fees to be paid locally:

Obligatory cleaning during the week: 6 hours a day, 6 days per week: 11 Guests for a total of € 350 per week.
