Villa Morrovalle is located in the hills 17 km above the Adriatic coast in Le Marche. It is a former country house that has recently been renovated to a luxurious holiday villa in Le Marche.
The villa is spread over 2 floors of 200 m2 each floor and a guest house of 160 m2. On the ground floor of the villa is the large, bright living room with 3 terrace doors to the beautiful terraces and a flower-filled garden with 3 old olive trees.
The private pool 5x12 meters has different depths (between 1.40 meters and an area for children that is only 50 cm deep.).
The completely fenced garden is 5,000 m2 and you can enjoy a 360 degree view.
The furnishings of the villa and the annexe are furnished with great attention to detail. The style is modern and tasteful. This house can accommodate up to 12 people, spread over 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. High quality Bulthaupt kitchen and design bathroom. 2 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.

The exterior walls of the house are 50 cm thick and therefore it is always pleasantly cool in the summer. In the bedrooms is air conditioning available.
