Villa Teloni is a historic residence with a fascinating past, where architecture, nature and the soft landscapes of central Italy come together in perfect harmony. Set among the rolling hills of San Severino Marche and close to some of the most beautiful medieval villages of Le Marche, the villa offers an authentic atmosphere that has remained intact since the eighteenth century.

Its history is closely linked to two noteworthy families: the Coletti family, who built the villa and lived here for three generations, and the Teloni family, who have cared for the estate since 1996. Despite the many events that have shaped the region over the centuries, the property has preserved its original character and timeless charm.

Villa Teloni is an ideal setting for large gatherings, family celebrations, weddings, corporate retreats, creative workshops or simply a relaxing holiday with friends. It provides generous space and privacy for groups of up to 48 guests, making it a memorable location for shared moments.

When you rent the villa, the entire property is reserved exclusively for your group, including all suites and apartments, the lounges, the event hall, the extensive park, the swimming pool, the gym and every outdoor area. The estate consists of three buildings – the Main Villa, Villa Vedetta with its small square and garden, and Villa I Granai with courtyard and wood-burning oven – offering a total of sixteen units. Maximum capacity is 35 standard beds plus 13 additional beds.

Minimum stay requirements apply: seven nights in high season (June to September) and three nights in low season (October to May). Each suite accommodates two to four people and includes separate rooms, private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. Furnished kitchens and living rooms provide additional comfort. Traditional staircases lead to flower-filled terraces with views of the surrounding hills.

The grounds are characterised by lush vegetation, centuries-old pines and countless peaceful corners to explore. Both indoor and outdoor areas offer a wide range of spaces for leisure, relaxation and convivial moments:

Ground floor: spacious arched room which, where necessary, can be used for events or as a large dining room.
1st floor (Piano Nobile): living-room with satellite TV; kitchen/dining-room with table seating 8 people, fireplace and refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower;
living-room with small kitchen and double sofa-bed; 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Villa Vedetta:

Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (bathroom suitable for disabled guests);
lounge/dining area and small kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher.
1st floor:  1 double bedroom with double sofa-bed and en-suite bathroom.   Opposite this room there is another apartment consisting of a small lounge/kitchen with double sofa-bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; spiral staircase leading to 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.

Villa Granai:

Ground floor:  living-room with satellite TV; kitchen/dining-room with refrigerator, freezer and oven; lounge; 1 double bedroom with bathroom (suitable for disabled guests); living-room with double bed and bathroom with shower.  In the living-room it is possible to add 2 single beds.
1st floor: 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and shower.
