Casa Tuja is suitable for 5 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; An ideal place for a relaxing holiday with two couples or a family, where the children can play in the garden while you enjoy the sun or a good book in the shade of the pasture.

For water and sand, it's a 35-minute drive to the beach near the ancient fortified town of Termoli, whose historic center is also well worth a visit. Here you can take a ferry to the idyllic Tremiti Islands, known for their crystal clear waters and white beaches! With the Apennines a short distance away, Casa Tuja is also a fantastic destination for winter sports enthusiasts. In spring and autumn you can relive old traditions at traditional festivals and taste many local wines and dishes.

Casa Tuja is located in the Molise region in south-central Italy, an area relatively unknown to many travelers, but which is definitely worth exploring. The landscape is characterized by wide hills, the Apennines (for the most passionate skiers) and a beautiful coast with a transparent sea. The eye-catchers on the coast are the very photogenic "Trabucchi" - traditional wooden platforms on which fish were once caught. Today they are the symbol of the Molise coast!

Casa Tuja is located in the small village of Tavenna, where you will find a café, restaurant, pharmacy and a small village supermarket. All daily amenities can be found in Termoli town, around 35 minutes drive away. This city is located on a natural promontory in the sea, with a long sandy beach on one side and a small port on the other. The old city wall is dominated by the square castle overlooking the sea and the beach.

Ground floor: kitchen and living-dining room furnished with a built-in sofa with comfortable cushions. Some wicker stools and various accessories such as candles and lamps bring atmosphere to this room. Double doors lead you to the covered panoramic terrace with a long dining table next to a small lawn.
1st floor: An external staircase leads to the top floor with two spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed (one also has an extra bed) and a private bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower.

In addition, the house is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WIFI internet and has ample parking. There are no televisions in the house.
