Nestled in the rolling hills near Agliano Terme, Casa Kristiansen is a beautifully restored Piedmontese country house, thoughtfully designed for pure relaxation and unforgettable moments. Surrounded by a lush, carefully maintained garden, this peaceful retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of vineyards, forests, and the iconic landscape of southern Piedmont – a view that defines every meal, every swim, and every sunset here.

Outside, the property features two spacious covered terraces, ideal for al fresco dining in the shade while taking in the scenery. The large private pool (5 x 10 m) with sun loungers invites you to unwind in full privacy. A bocce court and barbecue area add to the villa’s Italian countryside charm.

Inside, Casa Kristiansen blends rustic elegance with modern comfort. The house comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with the option to accommodate 2 additional guests on request – perfect for families, friends, or couples who want to explore the beauty and gastronomy of Piedmont together.

The air-conditioned bedrooms offer restful sleep even on hot summer nights, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and modern appliances. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Families will appreciate the baby bed and highchair provided.

The house includes a separate, private area for the owners, who are not present when guests are staying – ensuring your full privacy and a sense of exclusive living.

Ground floor: From the garden, you can directly access the fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer). This room features a dining table connected to the cosy sitting area with a fireplace. On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with a double bed, which has air conditioning and direct access to the garden. There is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Finally, there is another bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa bed and a fan. 

First floor: Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and each with its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
