A modern and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for sophisticated cooks and gourmets. There is a wine refrigerator, an ice machine and a water purifier (still and sparkling water) and two ovens, one of which has a microwave.

From there, you can access the covered terrace, which is a lovely place to eat.

On the north facing side are a wonderful garden and a covered terrace (porticato), which provides the necessary shade. There is a built-in, well-padded 6 x 2 m sun lounger with cushions by the swimming pool, as well as a canopy.

A small pool house with shower and toilets is adjacent.

The sea is 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Asti 45 km and Alba 42 km
