Enjoy the large terrace with the Piemontese mountains in the background. The highly experienced local artisans and workmen have carefully rebuild the house with the original stones, so that all exterior walls are in raw stone. The views from the large terrace is completely spectacular. The holiday house is illuminated at night and surrounded by 50.000 square meters of private land.
Storry of the villa
The property dates back a couple of hundred years. It was once the home of farmworkers who lived on the first floor, while the farm animals were gathered in the stables below, surrounded by vine terrases and beautiful mountains.
The reconstruction was finished in the summer 2021.
The Danish owners have furnished it with love, care and perfectionism. Only high-quality designer furniture and Flos lamps were used, which makes the holiday home an ideal place for lovers of modern design.
Thanks to the high location (750 meters above sea level), the summer nights are pleasantly cool and we were able to do without air conditioning.

Piemont is the second largest region in Italy and is probably best known for the production of its fantastic wine and food.
For that reason the region is often called the larder of Europe.
Piemonte is still undiscovered by the mass tourism, contrary to many of the other Italian regions, and this creates a fantastic authentic feeling.
You will meet winegrowers and small local restaurants in brotherly harmony. The climate is mild and generally very much like the Mediterranean.
The winters are short and the temperature rarely drops below the freezing point.
Spring and autumn are long and mild, while the summer is dry and warm. The charm of the region is primarily due to the beautiful mountains, the small unspoiled mountain villages, and last but not least the fertile vineyards and orchards.
Winding country roads connect these old towns and villages.
