Cascina delle Langhe is a 150-year-old farmhouse, now a very peaceful holiday home in Piedmont. Daily life revolves around the living room and kitchen, which have direct access to the courtyard. The kitchen features a large grill fireplace. The house has three bedrooms located on the first floor.

Additionally, there is a separate apartment with its own entrance, which includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The gallery has two beds.

A shaded portico is complemented by a sunny veranda. The private pool on the lower terrace is 14x3 meters (1.5 m deep) and offers a stunning view of the Langhe. Stroll through our 3-hectare natural park and take breaks in seating areas with benches.

The beautiful village of Castino, just a few minutes' walk away, offers a grocery store, a delicatessen with homemade pasta, a restaurant, a well-known slow-food pizzeria, a café-bar-shop, a post office, and a tobacco shop.

The white truffle capital, Alba, is only 20 km away. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there is an open-air market, and on Saturdays, a larger market. There are exclusive clothing stores and several Michelin-starred restaurants. Wine tours are offered throughout the region.

The renowned wine regions of Barolo and Barbaresco are 30 minutes away. The town of Asti, 40 km away, offers a large market on Saturday mornings. Acqui Terme, 35 km away, is very charming and has been offering wellness experiences for 2,000 years. It boasts a beautiful old town and Roman springs.

Turin is 1.5 hours away, and Milan is 2 hours away. The Ligurian coast can also be reached in just over an hour.

The holiday home can be rented flexibly; there is no Saturday-to-Saturday rule.

Good evening,

we did spend a wonderful week in Castino and just had the best time.

We went with our whole family and the setting couldn‘t have been more perfect for us all. The house, courgeous garden and pool was perfect and fulfilled our needs in any aspect. We did some great excursions to Alba, had drinks in Neive, visited Aqui (some by bike!!) etc. A great area, with so many options and a perfect location in every way - will be back!
