"Beyond the Hedge" is the name of this extraordinary villa, and it perfectly encapsulates its essence. Whichever direction you turn, you're greeted by a breathtaking hilly landscape that stretches as far as the eye can see. Nestled in the hills of the Langhe region, this villa serves as a magnificent vantage point overlooking the panoramic vista and the quaint village of Neive, which lies just 3 kilometers away.

Originally an aging "ciabot" – a traditional rural structure found in Piedmontese vineyards – the villa underwent a comprehensive contemporary renovation in 2019. Today, it boasts state-of-the-art technology and elegant furnishings. The focal point is the double-height living space, visually striking and housing a generously sized dining area, a modern kitchen with an island, a cozy fireplace, and even an upright piano. Outside, you'll find a beautifully landscaped garden and a refreshing swimming pool.
The villa comprises three double bedrooms on the first floor and an independent studio flat on the lower level, which overlooks the pool. The stunning swimming pool is sun-soaked throughout the day and is enclosed by a tall cypress hedge, ensuring complete privacy while offering an unparalleled view.

Neive, a town of immense charm, has been recognized as one of the most beautiful "borghi" (villages) in Italy. It is nestled within the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Piedmont Vinicultural Landscape: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato" and lies along the enchanting "Romantic Road of the Langhe and Roero." Countless walking and cycling trails originate here, leading you through picturesque vineyards and wine cellars producing renowned Barbaresco, Dolcetto, Moscato, and Barbera wines. This region not only attracts those with a passion for exceptional wines and truffles but also captivates with its culturally rich rural landscapes.

The garden can be accessed from both the lower level, through numerous French windows extending from the dining area and the independent studio flat, and from the ground floor balcony, adorned with a wisteria-covered iron staircase. This 400-square-meter garden features low-lying plants such as hydrangeas and is divided into three terraces, each offering a tranquil oasis. Tall trees line the southwestern portion of the garden.
The infinity pool seamlessly integrates with the villa, separated only by a lengthy portico that faces the lower-level rooms – the dining room/kitchen and the independent studio flat.

The pool is bordered by the garden on three sides and measures 11 x 4.5 meters with depths ranging from 1.20 to 2 meters. Access is provided via four broad Roman steps, each 180 cm wide. The pool is illuminated until midnight and is maintained with chlorine purification. The poolside area is equipped with sunbeds, loungers, and an umbrella. An indoor hot-water shower room also serves as a changing facility. In front of the dining room/kitchen, on one short side of the pool, you'll find a spacious dining table with an umbrella for al fresco dining.

Upon entering the front door, you'll step into a grand double-height area that encompasses the ground floor and the lower floor. The house is spread across three levels. To the right, the sitting area with a fireplace offers direct access to the covered portico, balcony, and uncovered terrace. To the left is the guest bathroom and foot access to the garage. A beautiful illuminated wooden staircase leads down to the lower floor, housing the expansive dining/kitchen area with a fireplace, laundry room, and another guest bathroom. Multiple French windows provide direct access to the outdoor areas, the pool, the garden, and the independent studio flat. The studio flat features a compact open kitchen with a peninsula, a living area with a double sofa bed (with a regular mattress), a vestibule, and a bathroom with a shower.
From the main entrance, the staircase ascends to the upper floor, adorned with bleached exposed-beam ceilings. Here, you'll find three double bedrooms, each offering unparalleled views, ensuite bathrooms, TV, and a minibar. To the left of the staircase, a short corridor leads to the master bedroom, named "Aria," which boasts a balcony, a safe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. To the right, another corridor leads to the double bedroom "Acqua," with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, and further along is the double bedroom "Terra," which also includes a balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower.
