Set in a private garden of 500 m², the outdoor area is designed for relaxation: enjoy the wood-heated Finnish hot tub, take a dip in the inviting swimming pool, relax on sun loungers in the lush lawn, or gather around the barbecue as you admire the sweeping vineyard views and surrounding hills.

Villa Teresa lies in the picturesque medieval hamlet of Gabiano Monferrato, just steps from a local bar with panoramic terrace and a gourmet restaurant set within the nearby historic castle. A short walk down the hill brings you to the village center with small shops and a Sunday market offering seasonal delicacies from local farmers.

The Castello di Gabiano, famous for its labyrinth, gardens, and wine cellars, is a must-visit. Wine tastings are regularly offered, and guests can rent e-bikes or book additional suites in the castle hotel if traveling with extended family or friends.

This villa has been transformed into a stylish and spacious home (500 m²), accommodating up to 10 guests in five air-conditioned bedrooms – blending modern comfort with artistic flair:

– Ground floor: A welcoming lounge with comfortable sofas and a high-quality sound system accompanied by a large collection of CDs and vinyl records. The cosy kitchen, featuring an oval marble table, opens directly to the outdoor terrace and garden. This floor also includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

– First floor: A charming library area with desk and computer leads to the elegant master bedroom with double bed. The mosaic-tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is also a relaxing music and TV lounge, a gym with fitness equipment, and a stunning spiral staircase – an architectural centerpiece of wood and steel – leading to an open mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, TV, Playstation, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

– Taverna level: On the lower level, a stylish wine cellar awaits with a wide selection of wines and prosecco (available for purchase), a tasting corner with sofas and a large TV, and a round table for playing cards or chess. From here, step out onto the lower terrace to continue your tasting experience – or challenge the kids to a game of table tennis or professional foosball.

– Garden annexes: Independent from the main villa, across the garden, are two separate guesthouses:

• The first is a two-story cottage with a small sitting area, kitchenette, and shower room on the ground floor, and a double bedroom upstairs offering beautiful views of the hills.

• The second is a two-level wellness retreat featuring an infrared sauna, a bathroom with shower, and a Himalayan salt wall relaxation room on the ground floor. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and TV – with breathtaking views over the surrounding vineyards.
