The villa is particularly well suited for families or groups looking for space, privacy and comfort. The entire property is fully fenced, making it a great choice for families with children as well as guests travelling with a dog.

On the ground floor, the villa welcomes guests with a spacious and fully equipped country-style kitchen, ideal for preparing meals together. Adjacent to it is the dining area with seating for up to eight people. A separate study or reading room provides a quiet retreat, while a guest WC adds extra convenience.

The bright living area is tastefully furnished and combines traditional elements with modern touches. Two staircases – one near the entrance and one from the living area – connect the floors and enhance the sense of space throughout the house.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. One double bedroom is connected to a single bedroom; both share a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, making it particularly suitable for families.
