Canelli is one of the most beautiful villages in southern Piedmont and the heart of the Moscato region. Its charming old town, with narrow streets, historic palazzi and traditional wine cellars, lies among rolling hills and endless vineyards. The village is famous for its “Cathedrals of Wine” – impressive underground cellars recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Canelli combines history, gastronomy and authentic Piedmontese life, making it a perfect starting point to explore the region’s cultural and culinary treasures.
Vacation home for 12 to 14 people: 6 bedrooms (1 is a pass-through bedroom), 6 bathrooms
Inside, guests are welcomed by a bright and open layout, thoughtfully designed with charming details and plenty of space for shared moments.
The dining room lies directly next to the kitchen, separated by a partial wall, and features a large table for up to ten people. Abundant light and the sweeping view over the vineyards create a warm, convivial atmosphere.
The modern kitchen offers generous work surfaces and is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, separate freezer, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Every detail has been carefully considered – from plates and glasses to kitchen utensils – ideal for preparing delicious meals together using local ingredients.
The heart of the house is the spacious living room, located in the former barn. Here, historic elements meet contemporary design: the old wine press has been transformed into a stylish bar, surrounded by two comfortable seating areas with sofas and armchairs – one arranged around the fireplace and TV, the other facing the landscape through large windows.
In the wine cellar, guests will find a curated selection of local wines available on a self-service basis, following the principle of trust and honesty.
