Casa di Gallo is a modern and stylish villa in Piedmont, set among the rolling hills and vineyards of the Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage landscape. The house accommodates up to seven guests and combines contemporary comfort with a unique natural setting.

One of the defining features of the villa is its panoramic location. Guests can enjoy wide views across the surrounding vineyards and, on clear days, towards the Alps in the distance. The peaceful surroundings make Casa di Gallo an ideal place for a relaxing stay.

The property is fully fenced, making it particularly suitable for families with children as well as guests travelling with a dog who appreciate both safety and freedom of movement.

The outdoor area is spacious and designed for relaxation. At its centre is the elegant infinity swimming pool with a saltwater system. The pool measures 10 x 5 metres with a depth of approximately 1.40 metres and blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape.

A shaded pavilion with outdoor furniture and a barbecue provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings.

Inside, Casa di Gallo features a modern and tasteful interior. Air conditioning ensures comfort during the summer months, while the well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for shared meals.

The nearby village of Castel Boglione is just 1.5 km away. A local restaurant can be reached on foot and offers authentic regional cuisine.

Thanks to its location, Casa di Gallo is an excellent base for exploring Piedmont. The towns of Asti and Alba, known for their wines and truffle markets, are approximately 33 km and 45 km away.

Interior:
The house has 2 floors.
Downstairs: well-equipped open space kitchen (with dish washer, oven, fridge with freezer) opening onto a large living room and with direct access to the garden. The living room has a dinner table for 8 people and a TV corner with sofa. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom that opens to the garden and pool area with double bed (queen size) and ensuite bathroom.

First floor: One spacious bedroom with double bed (queen size). Mezzanine looking out on the living room with third bedroom (closed with a curtain) with double bed (queen size) and a single bed. Two bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 ensuite with both shower and bathtub). There is air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Outside:
A large outdoor area overlooking the rolling hills and vineyards with infinity-pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.40 m)
