Completely renovated with original materials that highlight the vaulted ceilings, it is furnished with excellent design pieces; the kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, oven and microwave and many other accessories; the panoramic terrace has a living room and dining area for eating al fresco with a gas barbecue; the windows have mosquito screens.

The Casa Gabiano is a large house with vaulted ceilings, terracotta bricks & exposed wooden beams, with antique terracotta & wood floors. The flavour of the past can be felt in every corner, complimented by furnishings designed by an architect , with the inclusion of unique design pieces.

On arrival guests will receive a welcome basket with fruit, cakes and a bottle of wine.  They will also find a supply of food products in the larder.  Guests can take bottles of wine from the cellar and pay for them on departure.

The whole area offers plenty of ideas for day trips and tasting visits to cellars.  Casale Monferrato is 26 Km away, the city of Turin is just over 50 Km; the Golf Club Margara is 40 Km away.

Annex: Independent from the villa, across the garden, is a two story annex with a living room and small kitchen, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and, on the upper floor, a bedroom (with air conditioning) with double bed.
