Enter Casale Mon, a stunning country villa in the charming hamlet of Bionzo, not far from Costigliole d'Asti. Indulge in the serene charm of this recently renovated treasure – an ideal retreat for a peaceful getaway.

Outside, you will find a breathtaking infinity pool with stunning views of the picturesque landscape, surrounded by vineyards and the charming village of Calosso. This peaceful setting is perfect for a relaxing escape, inviting you to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

The holiday home is located in the small hamlet of Bionzo, where there are several wineries you can visit on foot.

The pool area features comfortable loungers for your relaxation. Adjacent to the pool (10 x 4 meters) is a beautiful covered portico equipped with a table, chairs, and a grill (unfortunately, there are no photos yet). Additionally, there is an option to heat the pool.

If you enter the house from the garden, you will find an inviting and tastefully furnished living room with a seating area and air conditioning on the ground floor. Adjacent to the living room is a newly equipped kitchen with modern appliances, easily accessible from the living area. On the opposite side of the living room there is a double bedroom with a shower. In addition, there is a laundry room and a guest toilet.
Climb a typical Piedmontese staircase to the upper floor, where on the left you will discover a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the other side there are two more comfortable double bedrooms that share a bathroom. All rooms are spacious, have new beds and are equipped with air conditioning.
