This holiday house in Piedmont is located in the heart of Monferrato – one of the most beautiful hilly landscapes of Piedmont, recently included in the UNESCO sites.
The characteristic natural stone house was restored in 2013. The honey stone color is typical of this area, and can be found both inside and outside the house,  as a consequence of a careful restoration work.
A beautiful italian garden has been specially created by the famous italian landscape and garden designer Cristina Mazzucchelli;  it completely surrounds the  house, and it offers many secluded and peaceful  corners. A nice swimming pool, that faces the garden and the open country, invites to a relaxing rest. A wooden bath tube with therapeutic properties is also present under a wooden pergola covered by flowers in front of the hills, which can be filled with hot water and used upon request in any season,
A big stone BBQ is hidden in a garden corner between the hazelnut trees, close to a porch with a big table and chairs.
The rooms are decorated in cheerful colors with modern and antique furniture, and the nice  kitchen, with a warming fireplace, is  fully equipped.
All the rooms on the ground floor have a direct access to the garden.
The rooms on the first floor face the garden: the  light blue 'suite room' is connected to a large covered terrace, where you can enjoy the magnificent view over the hills.

The nearest town, Casale Monferrato (AL), full of historical monuments and big markets,  is about 8 kilometers . Terrugia, 2,4 km has a groceries shop, restaurant and a bar. In only 15 km is the nearest golf club.

Ground floor: Living room with open fireplace and exit to the garden, dining room with big table and exit to the garden, kitchen with further dining area and exit to the garden (Kitchen equipment: 4 induction fields, oven, microwave, dish-washer, refrigerator, freezing compartment, coffee machine, water boiler, washing machine), studio with double sofa bed, exit to the garden. Double bedroom with double bed, single bedroom, exit to the garden. 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, one of these is for disabled.

First floor: Double bedroom with 1 double bed (or 2 single beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower/WC, double bedroom with 1 double bed (or 2 single beds) exit to the furnished roof-terrace, single bedroom with 1 single bed, bathroom with shower and WC.

In case you are more than 6 persons, you can book the larger version Cascina Monferrato 12. Then you have access also to the 2nd floor that is closed in this version.

In the high season, it is possible to rent only the large version up to 12 people.
