South of Casale Monferrato, where the rolling hills and vineyards of Piedmont begin, lies Cascina Monferrato, a beautifully restored holiday house with private pool, large garden and a wonderfully peaceful setting. In this version, the house is offered for exclusive use for up to 6 guests. Guests enjoy the property entirely on their own, while one part of the house remains closed.

The owner, a renowned landscape architect from Milan, has brought this special cascina back to life with great care, style and attention to detail. The result is a holiday house with a warm and elegant atmosphere, decorated in soft pastel shades and furnished with carefully selected antique pieces. The interiors feel welcoming and full of character. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

A particular highlight is the spacious garden, which is divided into several beautifully designed areas. Guests will find plenty of space to relax, as well as an herb garden, a private swimming pool and an outdoor bathing tub, which can also be enjoyed with warm water during the cooler months. The pool is open from Easter until the end of October.

There are also two lovely outdoor dining areas, one of them covered, as well as a barbecue. This makes it easy to enjoy outdoor living throughout the day, from breakfast in the garden to long summer dinners surrounded by greenery.

The holiday house is set in a very quiet location in the UNESCO World Heritage landscape of Monferrato, a region known for its vineyards, fine food and cultural treasures. Several excellent wineries are located nearby and can be visited.

In this version, part of the house remains closed, including the second floor and the left wing, which is accessed via the outdoor staircase and includes the large dining room. Guests still enjoy exclusive use of the property for up to 6 people.

In the high season, it is possible to rent only the large version up to 13 people.
