Villa Arno is a unique villa in Piedmont, set among the rolling hills and vineyards of the Monferrato region. Located on an active winery, the property consists of two beautifully renovated houses that can be used together.

The villa accommodates up to ten adults and three children and is ideal for two families or groups of friends who wish to spend time together while still enjoying privacy.

The villa is located next to the Vinicola Arno winery, which has its own separate entrance and private access road. The areas are completely independent, ensuring that guests enjoy peace and privacy at all times, while still benefiting from the authentic atmosphere of a working vineyard.

The main house features an exceptionally large kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable living room, as well as three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The second house also offers a fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area, along with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

In three of the five bedrooms, an additional single bed is available, allowing these rooms to be used as triple rooms, which is ideal for families.

The interiors combine traditional elements with modern comfort. Warm colours, natural materials and carefully selected details create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

A large central courtyard connects the two houses, creating a shared space while still allowing for privacy in each unit.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and outdoor living. The large swimming pool measures 12.5 x 5.5 metres and is complemented by a jacuzzi measuring 2.4 x 2.4 metres. Sun loungers and seating areas around the pool invite guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and vineyard views.

An outdoor kitchen with barbecue, along with several dining areas, provides ideal conditions for enjoying meals outdoors.

The Vinicola Arno winery offers guided tours and tastings on request, giving guests the opportunity to experience the local wine culture.

The surrounding landscape is characterised by vineyards, rolling hills and quiet country roads, ideal for walking, cycling or simply relaxing.

The village of Mombercelli, with shops and restaurants, is only about 2 km away. Nizza Monferrato is around 10 km away, while Asti, Alba, Turin and Milan are all easily accessible for day trips.
