Ground floor: Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, dining room, spacious living room and separate toilet. Bedroom with private bathroom (shower-toilet-sink),

First floor: There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 2 family rooms consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed. There are also 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with shower + bathtub, both with toilet and sink).

Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Outdoor area: Garden with private swimming pool (9 × 4 meters - depth 1.40 meters). Covered terrace with grill and outdoor kitchen and breathtaking views.
