Villa Rosilda is a classic and elegant mansion (Casa Nobile) that has recently been completely renovated.
The villa is located on a quiet and beautiful panoramic road that winds between hills and vineyards towards Nizza Monferrato (approx. 2 km).
Not far away (400 meters) is a renowned winery that also organizes tastings and has direct sales.

The garden is very spacious and has an L-shaped swimming pool as well as a barbecue area and a dining table. In the garden there is a petanque court (boccia) and several corners, including an overgrown gazebo where you can sit quietly.

Upstairs there are 4 further double bedrooms (3 king-size and 1 queen-size bed), each with an en-suite bathroom.
