Villa delle Muse is a refined holiday villa in Sardinia, thoughtfully designed to blend with its natural surroundings. Spread over two levels and offering around 200 m² of living space, the villa combines elegant architecture with warm, Sardinian-inspired details that give it a unique and welcoming character.

Set amidst dense Mediterranean vegetation, old olive trees, fragrant myrtle bushes and sculptural granite rocks, the villa enjoys a serene environment that reflects the authentic charm of the Gallura region. From the upper floor, guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the crystal-clear sea – a setting that makes every stay unforgettable.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Two bright living rooms with white sofas and large French windows create a fluid transition between the interior and the garden, filling the spaces with natural light. The two fully equipped kitchens offer everything needed for shared meals or more private dining moments.

Outside, a beautifully landscaped 800 m² garden forms the heart of the property. A stylish terrace area, a tiled solarium with sun loungers, and a generous covered veranda invite you to relax throughout the day. The large pool, which can be heated on request, provides a perfect place to unwind. A barbecue area and private parking complete the outdoor amenities.

Nearby, guests will find golf and tennis courts as well as various outdoor activities. The nearest beach is less than one kilometre away, the lively centre of San Teodoro is just minutes from the villa, and the impressive island of Tavolara is less than five kilometres away. Olbia airport is around 15 km distant, offering easy and convenient travel connections.

The two living rooms are particularly bright and cosy, with white sofas and large French doors that give the impression that the sun can shine into this charming and elegant house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, sink, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave.

The 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning, are also spacious and cosy.
