The villa overlooks Brandinchi Beach one of the most beautiful and famous ones in the area. It stands alone on the hillside just 5 minutes walk from the sea-side, where you can either be on the sand or on an organized green lawn just behind the beach with a bar (In both situations there are long chairs and umbrellas available to be booked for the guests during their stay). The sand is thin and white, the water crystal clear and shallow for at least 50 meters. The house itself has 6 double bedrooms (4 beds may have king size sheets to cover both mattresses), one room may has a third bed. Each room has its own bathroom with shower (the one with two wash-basins also has a bath tub). Each room has individual Internet connection and there is Wi-Fi too. A covered terrace facing the sea is adjacent the living-room, the other one is reached from the dining-room. The entrance to the house is through a wind-sheltered patio where one can stay on windy days. In the living room there are two sitting areas: one facing the sea or the patio and one in front of the chimney-place. The dining-room table sits 12 people. The house had recently undergone a complete restyling: all the bathrooms are brand new, there is air conditioning/heating in all the rooms and common areas, the kitchen is also new and so is the pavement, both inside and outside the house.
