Villa Melograno is situated in the locality of La Conia in the beautiful gulf of Arzachena. The Villa is surrounded by a large, well-tended garden that borders directly with the beach below, accessed through a small gate. The coastline is characterized by an alternation of sandy beaches and rocky areas. A short distance away, right opposite the house, is the beautiful islet of Fichi d'India which is within easy swimming distance. A few minutes' walk along the seashore there is a pleasant coffee shop. The house is beautifully furnished with all the necessary amenties. The verandas and large outdoor areas, with splendid views of the gulf, enhance the enjoyment of this peaceful location. It is also possible to organize wonderful, unforgettable candlelit suppers in truly unique surroundings.
The nearest supermarket is 1 Km away, and there is also a tennis court at the same distance from the Villa. It is possible to hire boats (with or without a license) at the harbor in the town of Cannigione (1.5 Km). The Villa is just 12 Km from the Costa Smeralda and 15 Km from Porto Cervo.

A trip to the Islands of the Arcipelago della Maddalena is a must for every guest.
Olbia airport, Golfo Aranci and the Golf Club are all around 30 minutes away. Internet connection available Wi-Fi.

Ground floor: spacious living/dining room with fireplace and piano, leading onto a veranda furnished with table and chairs for eating “al fresco”; kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice dispenser, 2 ovens and a microwave; 1 double bedroom with bathroom and bathtub; 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower; 1 twin bedroom; 1 bathroom (no shower). The kitchen leads onto a covered veranda with a barbecue.
Lower Level: 1 double bedroom (beds can be separated) with bathroom and shower; laundry room with washing machine and shower.
