The villa is located in Fertilia which is 5 Km from Alghero and the airport of the same name.  This is a small town with a tourist port that is developed along a stretch of white sand, the beach of Maria Pia, with a crystal-clear sea that offers a very beautiful natural scenario: the beach is flanked by dunes, Mediterranean scrub and pinewoods.
Some parts of the beach have good amenities and also offer catering services.
