Villa Cala di Luce enjoys one of the most impressive panoramic settings above San Teodoro, with sweeping views of Sardinia’s iconic beaches Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu. Less than a kilometre from the sea and surrounded by almost two hectares of private land with wind-carved granite rocks, the villa is a peaceful retreat for up to 10 guests.

The property is arranged over two floors, each functioning as an independent living unit. Both levels feature two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a welcoming living area. This layout offers exceptional flexibility, making the villa perfect for two families travelling together, groups of friends, or guests who appreciate privacy while sharing a holiday home.

Outside, a lush Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa. The saltwater pool (heated on request) sits on a wooden sundeck equipped with several loungers. The outdoor areas also include a shower, a barbecue zone, a children’s playground with swings, slide and rocker, and two covered parking spaces.
