Villa Oltremare is located just a few metres from the sea and enjoys a beautiful view of the Isuledda coastline. Designed on one level, this holiday home combines comfort, light and Mediterranean charm, making it ideal for up to 6 guests – perfect for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation close to the water.

The bright living room features a large panoramic glass front overlooking the coast, furnished with two comfortable sofas and a dining table for six. Connected directly to this space is the expansive covered veranda, a wonderful setting for breakfast, long lunches, sunset aperitifs or dinners with friends. The extendable dining table can comfortably seat up to ten people, while wicker sofas and armchairs invite you to relax, enjoy the sea breeze or immerse yourself in a book. A ping-pong table is also available.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a carefree stay: a five-burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, cookware and tableware.

The property includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in a private dépendance, offering maximum privacy – ideal for couples or guests who value independent space.

Outside, a large Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa. The infinity pool blends seamlessly with the horizon, creating the impression of diving into the sea. The generous sun deck provides both sunny and shaded spots, surrounded by greenery, the scents of the macchia mediterranea and the deep blue of Sardinia’s coast. A barbecue is also available.

Villa Oltremare is a perfect starting point for excursions to Tavolara Island and its marine park, as well as to Cala Brandinchi, Cala d’Ambra and many other beaches in the area. Olbia – Costa Smeralda Airport is only 20 km away, and tennis and golf facilities can be found nearby.

Alongside the comfortable living room, you will find an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need to make your holiday unique: a 5-burner hob, dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, utensils and crockery.

The house is perfect for families or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in an annexe and offers complete privacy.
