Casa Scimone  is an elegant hillside residence in the heart of Taormina, offering privacy, expansive outdoor spaces and one of the finest panoramas in eastern Sicily. Hidden in a quiet residential area yet only a few minutes’ walk from Corso Umberto, the villa blends scenic beauty with unmatched convenience. The property consists of the two main units, Casa Micaela and Casa Dario, which are connected via an external staircase and a lift, making it ideal for families or two couples traveling together.

Casa Dario: 
Ground floor: living room with Smart TV, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher and oven and cloakroom, 1 toilet. 
1st floor:: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, study, 1 twin bedroom with folding bed (if requested), 1 bathroom with bath and shower. 

Laundry room: independent space with its own entrance door, accessible by anyone without having to enter any of the 2 units with washing machine and ironing board/iron.

Air conditioning in all rooms. Parking for 3 cars on the property, from which the 2 units can be reached by lift or external stairs.
