Corte Antigua is a spacious holiday villa with private pool in south-eastern Sicily, near Rosolini and within easy reach of Modica and Noto. Set in a lovely rural setting, the property is surrounded by expansive, well-equipped outdoor areas and a lush lawned garden, offering plenty of space for relaxing days with family or friends.

The estate consists of two buildings facing a characteristic inner courtyard paved with local stone on one side and the garden with a splendid infinity pool on the other. The private swimming pool measures 5 x 15 metres and has a depth ranging from 0.40 m to 1.40 m. A solarium and bar area complete the outdoor space and make it especially inviting for enjoying long summer days outside.

The main house includes a living room, a large kitchen and living area, a guest bathroom, and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

The outbuilding is divided into two independent units. The first unit is on the ground floor and comprises a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace with pergola. The second unit is arranged over two levels. On the lower level there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. On the upper floor there is a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a small living area, and a panoramic terrace with pergola.

The cosy interiors can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests and are equipped with every modern comfort, including air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet, 4 TVs, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, espresso machine, American coffee machine, barbecue, outdoor shower, and private parking.

Corte Antigua is the ideal choice for guests looking for independent spaces without giving up conviviality and time together. It is also an excellent base for exploring Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto by car. The beaches of Calamosche, San Lorenzo and Santa Maria del Focallo, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, and the charming seaside villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero are all within easy reach.

The sea is 13 km away. The nearest beach is the sandy beach of Ispica.
