Situated on one of the highest hills in the area, Torre dei Mori offers breathtaking views from its terraces over a landscape that stretches from olive groves and carob trees to the sea. Inside, the residence is characterised by tasteful furnishings and modern amenities such as air conditioning, television and free Wi-Fi.

The villa is spread over three levels and has a 10 x 5.5 metre private pool and an inviting courtyard, ideal for al fresco dining.  

The region is known for its Sicilian Baroque, with towns such as Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla all within a 20-30 minute drive. Scicli itself, just 1 km away, is a small pearl between the sea and the Hyblean mountains, rich in shops, supermarkets and excellent restaurants.

Just 7 km away is the stunning beach of Sampieri, while Plaja Grande and the nature reserve of the Irminio River are about 12 km away. Modica beach is particularly popular with surfers and windsurfers.

First floor: Living/dining-room with fireplace; kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave; store room with washing machine; 1 bathroom without shower; 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower with access to a small panoramic terrace; 1 twin bedroom with bathroom and shower.
