Casa Calypso is a modern luxury holiday home with a private pool, set in a stunning panoramic position in the countryside near Noto, around 30 kilometres south of Siracusa. Surrounded by nature yet only a short drive from the sea, the property offers sweeping views over the characteristic landscape and towards the sea, which can be enjoyed in complete relaxation from the generous, well-equipped terraces, the garden and the impressive infinity pool.

Recently built, the holiday home stands out for its contemporary architecture, clean lines and large glass surfaces, combined with a careful selection of materials and high-quality finishes. The bright and comfortable interiors are arranged over two levels and can accommodate up to eight guests, combining refined comfort with a clear, elegant design.

On the upper living level are the entrance area, a spacious open-plan living room with lounge, smart TV, dining area and modern kitchen, a study, a guest WC and a master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the lower level, the sleeping area includes two further double bedrooms with king-size beds, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and shower, as well as a twin bedroom with 120 × 200 cm beds, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Casa Calypso is equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer-dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, espresso and American coffee machine, barbecue and private parking. The private infinity pool measures 4 × 20 metres and blends seamlessly into the architecture and surrounding landscape.

The holiday home is an excellent base for reaching the historic centre of Noto and the most beautiful beaches of south-eastern Sicily within a short drive. Nearby destinations include Siracusa and Ortigia, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla, the fishing village of Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero and the Vendicari Nature Reserve.

Access to Casa Calypso is via an approximately one-kilometre-long unpaved country road.
