Netina Domus is a stylish villa with private infinity pool set in a quiet, sunny panoramic position near Noto in south-eastern Sicily. Surrounded by the typical Sicilian countryside, the property enjoys wide views over the rolling landscape stretching all the way to the sea, offering an ideal setting for relaxing holidays.

The villa is set within a well-maintained garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants. The impressive infinity pool forms the heart of the outdoor area and overlooks the surrounding countryside. Several spacious terraces around the house provide perfect spots for outdoor dining, relaxing in the shade or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the view.

The bright interiors are arranged on a single level and combine comfort with a modern, welcoming atmosphere. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Vendicari Nature Reserve with its long sandy beaches, lagoons and rich birdlife.

The sandy beaches of Lido di Noto are about 13 km away, while a rocky coastline can be reached after around 6 km. A restaurant is located about 1 km from the property, while shops, banks and additional restaurants can be found in nearby Rosolini (approx. 6 km).
