Villa Sicla, a recently constructed luxury villa, is perfectly situated on a hill near Scicli, offering breathtaking views of the highland sweeping down to the sea. The villa's architecture and interiors are both modern and elegant, equipped with top-notch amenities including air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen to ensure a stay of utmost comfort and style.

Spanning two floors, the available portion of the villa for guests is located on the first floor. The lower floor houses a professional kitchen, used solely by staff, but available to guests upon request for organizing exquisite dinners featuring local culinary delights, expertly prepared by a professional chef.

The villa boasts a unique 3 x 20 meter swimming pool available for guests, providing stunning panoramic views ideal for relaxation. Adjacent to the guest quarters is a spacious outdoor area equipped with tables, chairs, and large beach umbrellas—perfect for enjoying alfresco dining. Additionally, the pool level includes a furnished gazebo, an outdoor bathroom, and a shower.

Located in the heart of Sicily's classic Baroque area, Villa Sicla is moments away from UNESCO-listed towns such as Noto, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla, all accessible within a 15 to 30-minute drive. The villa is also near several beautiful beaches and seaside resorts, including Sampieri (about 7 km away) and Plaja Grande (approximately 12 km away), where visitors can explore the Irminio river nature reserve along the shoreline.

1st floor: living-room with satellite TV with double sofa-bed (to be paid as an extra) + dining area + kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher; 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (2 of the bedrooms can be converted into twin bedrooms); outside, an area furnished for eating “al fresco” and a laundry room with washing machine and second refrigerator with freezer.
