Al Fanucchi is a classic, beautiful house from the 19th century with breathtaking views over the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside. Its large terrace and welcoming pergola are perfect to enjoy the panorama and ideal for outdoor meals. As for the 13 x 6 m swimming pool, set in the perfectly manicured garden, it will no doubt become a favourite spot to cool down and relax.
The spacious house is furnished in a tasteful country style with all modern amenities and split over three floors. It offers the option for two families to spend a holiday in common but still have their own private space. A cleaning service is included.
The villa is an ideal starting point to discover Lucca and the beauty of Tuscany and the owners will be happy to be of assistance. They live on the grounds and use the entrance gate and parking facilities; guests will however have complete privacy and sole use of the garden and the pool.

1st floor: three double bedrooms; two bathrooms (one with tube, one with shower only).

Second floor: twin bedroom; double bedroom; bathroom with shower only; sitting room with stairs leading to a small roof terrace.
