Bottino is a charming country house with private pool set in a მშვიდ and secluded position in the hills between Lucca and the Versilia coast. Surrounded by olive groves and typical Tuscan countryside, the property offers a relaxed atmosphere and a high level of privacy – ideal for families or groups of friends.

The estate consists of two separate buildings: a carefully restored main house and a former barn. Both buildings are fully independent, each with its own kitchen and living area. This layout is particularly well suited for two families or groups travelling together who wish to enjoy shared time while maintaining their own private space.

The interiors have been restored with great care, preserving the authentic character of a Tuscan country house. Traditional materials and warm tones create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout.

In total, the property offers five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms can be arranged either as double or twin rooms, providing flexibility for different group configurations.

The outdoor area is spacious and laid out on several terraces. In addition to various seating and relaxation areas, there is a covered outdoor dining space with barbecue, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings. The private swimming pool (12 × 6 metres) is beautifully integrated into the landscape and offers lovely views over the surrounding hills. On request, the pool can be fenced, making it especially suitable for families with children.

For leisure and entertainment, guests can enjoy a billiard table, table tennis and a bocce court, offering activities for all ages.

The location allows easy access both to the historic town of Lucca and to the beaches of the Versilia coast. At the same time, Bottino offers the tranquillity of a rural retreat surrounded by nature.

Barn - 4 people:
Ground Floor: Breakfast room opening to the outside at the pool level; kitchen; bathroom (shower).
First Floor: Sitting room with piano; twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower); double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).

San Martino in Freddana (supermarket, restaurants, bar and bank) 3,5 km, Lucca 15 km, Versilia-beaches 20 km, Pisa airport 40 km, Florence 70 km.
