Only 6 km away from the beautiful beaches of the Maremma, a region that goes back to the Etruscan era, Castelrile is a fabulous holiday home close to the coastal village of Castiglione della Pescaia. It has been immaculately renovated by its experienced owners, who have bought and restored several other properties.
Decorated in light, natural tones and with high quality furniture, this villa in Tuscany offers all modern commodities and is air-conditioned. All bedrooms are en-suite. The two comfortable sitting rooms and the bedrooms all have access to the outdoor space.
Thanks to a panoramic position, wonderful views over vineyards and preserved land stretch out in front of the house all the way to the sea. They are best enjoyed from the pretty covered terrace with its arches, or from the well-kept garden.

The pool can be closed with an electrical roof and a charming pergola with barbecue next to it is perfect for eating al fresco.
