Villa Centolivi, a magnificent residence consisting of a main villa and an annexe, is majestically enthroned in the peaceful, green hills in the hinterland of Pisa. This unique property offers its guests an exclusive retreat in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by a landscape that invites you to relax and dream.

The villa is characterised by its large, fenced grounds, which offer a varied mix of wooded areas, private walking paths, manicured lawns, a magnificent swimming pool (12 x 6 metres) and picturesque olive trees. Breathtaking views of the wooded hills of Tuscany can be enjoyed from every point of the property.

Each bedroom in the villa has its own bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning to ensure optimum comfort even in the warm summer months. The furnishings reflect the Tuscan country house tradition and combine rustic charm with modern flavour.

The inner courtyard and the loggia-like, covered terrace not only offer spectacular views, but also cosy outdoor seating. Equipped with a pizza oven and a large barbecue, as well as a pergola entwined with wisteria, this is the ideal place for relaxed al fresco dining.

The pool area is securely fenced, making it particularly family-friendly and allowing young children to play safely.

The holiday home is also close to the exquisite Castelfalfi golf course, which is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Tuscany with 27 holes.

Guests also have two mountain bikes at their disposal, ideal for exploring the picturesque surroundings in an active way.

Main villa:

Ground Floor: Courtyard, loggia, terrace. Entrance, Large living room with fireplace. Big kitchen and dining room. Store room. Guest bathroom. All these rooms open on to the garden.
First Floor: Sitting room with stairs leading directly to the garden. 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and bath). Huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only).

Guesthouse:

Ground floor: Entrance/sitting room; 
Lofted floor: open double bedroom; twin bedroom (accessible through the double bedroom);  bathroom (shower only).

Included: Maid service 3 hours a day, 3 days a week.
