Set in the midst of a fabulous national park, Compignano is a very private property near the Apuan Alps and close to Massarosa, Lucca and Viareggio. It originally comprised a big house and an outbuilding, which have been beautifully renovated and transformed into three separate houses with complete privacy. There is a common swimming pool (12 x 6 metres) on the domain, surrounded by magnificent trees.
Compignano Barn is a small vacation house full of character with a wood burner and lovely features. Closest to the pool, it has both a loggia accessible through the bedrooms and a wonderful terrace with panoramic views all the way to the sea.

First floor: large spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a living room opening onto a panoramic terrace.
Ground floor: Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub) and access to the panoramic terrace. Twin bedroom (double on request) with private bathroom (bathtub) and access to the garden.

Massarosa 8 km, Sea and beaches 12 km, Lucca and Viareggio 12 km, Florence 1 hour´s drive, Pisa Airport 16 km

Damage deposit: 250 Euro

Maid service is included 10 hours a week.
