Lavacchio 18 consists of a main villa that can sleep up to 10 people and a guesthouse for up to 8 people, surrounded by cypresses and olive trees and with a large, private swimming pool (15 x 6 metres). Both houses are stone built in a traditional Tuscan style and have been fabulously restored by their famous interior designer owner from Milan. Every room has its own refined decor, with beautiful furniture and objects.
This exclusive villa in Tuscany offers stunning views over the vineyards and the countryside and is located in a very quiet area near Montalcino and Siena.
Two wineries, where the well-known Brunello di Montalcino is produced and sold, can be found a few kilometres away.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall; large dining room with fireplace and french windows opening onto the garden; spacious sitting room with french windows opening onto the garden; kitchen also opening onto the garden; double bedroom with four posted bed and en-suite bathroom.
First Floor: Sitting room; master bedroom with four posted bed and en-suite bathroom; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; twin bedroom and double bedroom sharing an interconnecting bathroom. All bedrooms on this floor have air-conditioning.

Dependance:
Ground Floor: Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Maid service is included in the price 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.
