Strategically situated only 10 km from the main highway linking Pisa and Florence, La Capinera allows easy access to these historic cities, both reachable in about half an hour's drive. San Gimignano, renowned for its medieval architecture, is only 40 km away, making this villa a perfect base for cultural explorations. Additionally, for those who prefer not to drive, the nearby train station (6.6 km away) offers direct connections to Pisa and Florence, providing a hassle-free alternative to exploring these vibrant cities.

La Capinera boasts modern amenities including air conditioning in the bedrooms, a hi-fi system, Wi-Fi connection, and satellite TV, ensuring a comfortable stay. Surrounded by a spacious and meticulously maintained garden, the villa features an unusually large pool for its size, equipped with a saltwater filtration system to avoid the use of chlorine, enhancing your swimming experience.

La Capinera can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The first floor features two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. One bedroom offers a double bed, while the other includes a single bed and a pull-out bed. Additionally, a convenient single sofa-bed is available in the ground floor sitting area, perfect for relaxing during the day and extra sleeping space at night.

Although there is a second holiday home, Le Rondini, on the large property, your privacy remains undisturbed. Each house has its own garden and pool, positioned to provide maximum privacy. A few friendly cats, cared for by the helpful and friendly owner, add to the charming atmosphere. The owner himself does not live on the property but is available if needed.

Ground floor: Kitchen/dining and sitting room opening via french windows both to the garden and to a covered terrace ideal for eating outside; bathroom with shower. There is single sofa-bed (armchair) in this room.

1st floor: Double bedroom with bathroom en-suite (shower only); single bedroom with extra bed and bathroom en-suite (shower only) both air-conditioned.

Heating: 30 Euro / day

Maid service is included 2 hours a week.
