La Loggia is a characterful villa with private pool set among olive groves and vineyards in the hills east of Lucca. Enjoying a peaceful panoramic position, the property offers wide views across the Tuscan countryside. A picturesque village with shops and restaurants is only about 3 km away, while the historic centre of Lucca can be reached in less than half an hour.

At the heart of the estate is the historic main house, which is believed to date back to the 13th century. One of its most distinctive features is the open panoramic loggia, a wonderful spot for outdoor meals while taking in the beautiful views over the valley. The owner, an architect and designer, has furnished the villa with antique pieces and preserved the building’s original character, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere full of authentic charm.

La Loggia is particularly well suited to larger families or groups of friends travelling together who appreciate both shared spaces and privacy. The estate can accommodate up to 13 guests in total and consists of the main house and a separate guesthouse.

The main house sleeps up to 7 guests. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. On the first floor there are two suites: one with a double bedroom and a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and another with a twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The guesthouse can accommodate up to 6 guests and includes three independent apartments. Each apartment has one bedroom and its own private terrace with outdoor dining area, making it ideal for guests who value their own private space. The bedrooms in the guesthouse can be air-conditioned at an extra cost. On request, a cook can also be arranged to prepare local specialities at the property.

The private swimming pool measures 12 × 6 metres and is perfect for cooling off and relaxing on warm summer days. From both the pool area and the various outdoor spaces, guests can enjoy lovely views over the surrounding hills.

In the low season, La Loggia can also be booked in a smaller version for up to 9 guests.
