Le Rondini is a charming villa in Tuscany that combines the traditional character of a Tuscan country house with modern comfort. The property is located above the Arno, the largest river in the region, and enjoys beautiful views across the surrounding countryside.

One of the highlights of the villa is the private saltwater swimming pool with waterfall. The pool measures 10 x 5 metres and also features a shallow children’s area, making it ideal for families. Around the pool there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful Tuscan landscape.

Inside, the villa reflects the traditional style of the region. Terracotta floors and wooden beam ceilings create an authentic atmosphere, while modern amenities ensure comfort throughout the stay. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, providing pleasant temperatures even during hot summer months.

The house also offers a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine.

The covered veranda is the perfect place for outdoor dining while enjoying views across the rolling Tuscan hills.

Thanks to its location, Le Rondini is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. The small village of Montopoli is only about 3.5 km away, and the main road connecting Florence, Livorno and Pisa can be reached within 7 km.

Many of Tuscany’s most famous towns are easily accessible from here. Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Pisa and Lucca are all within about an hour’s drive.

The property also includes a second house, which is completely independent and does not affect the privacy of guests. Several cats live on the estate, and the friendly owners do not live directly on site but are always available to help if needed.
