The 1,5 kilometres unmade road trough a forest leading to the house, is not suitable for cars with low suspensions.

Outside access to shower room and laundry.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms both with four poster bed and en-suite bathroom (shower only); two twin bedrooms; large bathroom.

Maid service is included in the price 3 hours a day, 3 days a week.

Marinella is also available to prepare some delicious local tuscan recpies (to be paid locally)
