Nestled in vineyards and olive groves, Magrini is a lovely stone house situated on the renowned wine and olive oil making estate of Fattoria Fubbiano. It is however a very quiet and private property on the edge of the domain. A short walk will take the guests to the picturesque village of San Gennaro, where you can find a trattoria.
This holiday house in Tuscany recently renovated, is prettily furnished in a traditional Tuscan style and perfect for a family holiday. In the garden, a 10 x 4 metres swimming pool offers beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.
The guests can purchase the wine and olive oil from the estate.

The English-speaking manager of the Fattoria is available for assistance. She lives in an independent house adjacent to Al Magrini but in no way she interfers with clients' privacy.

1st Floor: Entrance from the back garden; double bedroom; 2 twin bedrooms; bathroom with bath; bathroom with shower only.
 
Maid service is included 2 hours per day, 2 days a week.
