Santo Stefano is a spacious villa with private pool set in a sunny and peaceful panoramic position in the hills near Lucca. Surrounded by the typical Tuscan landscape, the property enjoys wide views across the valley and offers an ideal setting for relaxation and comfort.

Following a complete renovation, the villa presents itself in a modern and well-maintained condition. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs, as well as well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the warmer months.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Adjacent to it, a covered terrace provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxed evenings with family or friends.

The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of room to unwind. The large private swimming pool (17 × 7 metres) with integrated Jacuzzi area is a central highlight, combining relaxation and fun for all guests. A garage is also available for convenient parking.
