Casale Rosa is a charming holiday home on the Etruscan Coast of Tuscany offering exclusive access to one of the most beautiful private beaches in the region. The elegant country house is part of a small gated community of historic estates surrounded by lush gardens and shady pine groves.

The nearby beach is accessible only to residents and preserves a very special atmosphere. A traditional “Pinky Code” ensures a calm and refined environment – no plastic items, no loud noise and discreet colours – creating a relaxed, living-room-like setting by the sea.

Inside, the house combines traditional Tuscan charm with modern comfort. Warm colours, classic materials and tasteful interiors create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.

Casale Rosa offers five spacious bedrooms and accommodates up to ten guests. Three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. In addition, a family suite includes two bedrooms sharing one bathroom, making it ideal for families with children. The upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring comfort even during warm summer nights.

The living area on the ground floor is open and inviting. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere for relaxed evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen connects directly to a covered veranda overlooking the garden.

The outdoor spaces are surrounded by Mediterranean plants, fragrant shrubs and tall pine trees. Several seating areas throughout the garden offer peaceful places to relax.

The private swimming pool (10 × 6 m) is set within the beautifully maintained garden and provides a tranquil retreat with sun loungers and shaded areas.

Just a few minutes away lies the stunning Etruscan Coast with its long sandy beaches. A short walk or bike ride leads to the private beach area where sun loungers and a beach hut are available.

Casale Rosa is also an ideal base for exploring the cultural and natural highlights of Tuscany. The historic villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci are nearby and famous for their charming streets, excellent restaurants and world-renowned wineries producing the celebrated Super Tuscan wines.

Thermal springs, ancient Etruscan archaeological sites and the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Castagneto Carducci are also within easy reach, making this area one of the most attractive destinations along the Tuscan coast.
