Welcome to Il Grappolo holiday home, a recently renovated country house in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, completed in autumn 2017. Il Grappolo offers modern comforts and is ideally located in the village of Colle di Compito, where all major amenities are within walking distance - restaurants, cafés, grocery shops and even a tennis court.
The house is just a 15-minute drive from Lucca, one of Tuscany's most architecturally charming towns. It is also strategically located for exploring other famous Tuscan attractions such as the Versilia Coast, San Gimignano, Florence and Pisa.
The kitchen at Il Grappolo leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with modern appliances such as a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and other kitchen utensils for cooking enthusiasts. Outside, guests can enjoy a large, covered veranda, which offers a wonderful view of the private pool and is an ideal place to spend time relaxing outdoors while the children play in the pool.
The house is equipped with all modern conveniences, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth stereo system. The three spacious bedrooms on the upper floor each have their own bathroom, providing additional privacy and comfort.
For added convenience, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The private pool, with its impressive dimensions of 13 x 7 metres, offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation.

For large groups, the owners rent also the property next door "UVA" which sleeps 6 people.

Damage deposit: 500 Euro

Maid service is included 6  hours per week.
